Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ProfileMaxx (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who we are
Eligibility (18+)
ProfileMaxx is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18+.
The Service
ProfileMaxx provides an AI-assisted analysis of dating profile screenshots and survey responses, and returns feedback and recommendations.
We do not guarantee any specific results (including more matches, dates, or relationship outcomes).
User content (your uploads)
You may submit screenshots, photos, and text ("User Content") to receive a report.
- • You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to upload it.
- • You must not upload content that includes minors, illegal content, or content you do not have permission to use.
- • You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze it solely to provide the Service.
We do not use your uploaded photos for marketing without your explicit permission. We may use aggregated and de-identified information (that does not reasonably identify you) to improve reliability and performance.
Payments
If you purchase the Service, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
Refunds (best-practice)
Because the Service is a digital product, all sales are generally final once your report has been delivered.
- • If we cannot deliver your report due to a technical issue, we will either fix the issue or refund you.
- • If you were charged incorrectly (for example, duplicate charge), we will refund the incorrect charge.
- • If you request a refund before your report is delivered, we may approve it at our discretion.

Service timing (best-practice)
We aim to deliver reports quickly (often within minutes). However, delivery time may vary due to load, errors, or maintenance. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
Access links & expiration (best-practice)
After purchase, you may receive an email with a report access link. We intend for access links to provide long-term access.
We generally keep report data available for at least 12 months. Access may stop if data is deleted, if you request deletion, or if we are legally required to remove content.
If you lose access, you can request a resend of your access link from the Service, or contact us.
Prohibited use
- • Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- • Do not upload viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
- • Do not upload content that violates anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights.
- • Do not upload content that includes minors or sexual content.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your report is generated using automated systems and is for informational purposes only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario, Canada will have jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms or the Service.
